Shipping policy

We are happy to offer free STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $200 (before taxes) in Canada. Packages always ship from our store within 5 business days (we may experience delays during the holiday season). Orders typically take 3-12 days to arrive.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Packages from Canada Post are then passed on to your countries Federal Mail Service. Delivery times are chosen by the customer at the time of checkout. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for processing times.

All customers and duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for packages abandoned due to duties or taxes.
